Driving Licence Sindh, or DLS, as the department is commonly known, offers licence verification and driving test appointment bookings via its website, but the DLS App has a much broader scope. Launched near the end of 2016, the Driving Licence Sindh App has now digitised all of the department's services and made them available online to all. Previously, Excise and Taxation Department of Sindh introduced Online Vehicle Verification in Karachi and Sindh. This Application is for citizen of Sindh Province of Pakistan to verify Driving Licenses and tools available in the app to see history of your license records/visit, License Fee calculations.
There are four branches of driving license in Karachi from where license can be made. It is not an easy task to get driving license in Karachi. The whole system of driving license office is computerized but still bribe is on rise in these offices.
